  Just a short note to say a big thank you for the wonderful service we received recently when we called in to purchase our fantastic new SunBuster solar shades .... From the first contact that we had with you on arrival .... we were confident that we were in good hands. Evelyn & Gary measured exactly the length's of our side, back & front awning struts with expert precision and then the next big decision we had to make was selecting the colour shades we wanted. There are beautiful colours to choose from. We were originally going to choose Gun Metal Grey all around ... when Steven suggested Black. Our initial reaction was ... no way ...too dark and too hot .... but when he showed us photos of caravans sporting the Black shades ... we were immediately taken with them. Enter the wonderful Evelyn ... she suggested Black Side Shade with Gun Metal Grey front and back shades ... the combination of the two colours looks brilliant !!!
  All this wonderful advice was served up with a very welcoming cappuccino and interesting conversation about life in general around the kitchen table in the back office.
  By the time we had our new shades and were ready to hit the road on our travels up North ... we felt like we were family.
  We will take some photos Evelyn, of our caravan all dressed up in its new shades, when we are set up in a nice area with some space around us and forward them to you.

  I have had my Grasshopper anti flappers for several years and have been sensational. I've just bought a new van and have kept the anti flappers and had to refit but lost the instructions so I rang Steve and he took me through their thorough web page and had no problems. The new van has Led lights in the awning roller and there is a power cable in the seam . Steve transferred me through to their work shop where his installer talked me through what was needed. He also emailed me drawings and even the part number of the grommet needed. Altogether great service.
