  Not necessarily a fault on the store but the products. I’m particular, the bikes. In the last 2 months I have purchased 2 bikes from Kmart for myself. Both have been returned. The first bike the quality was poor, gearing constantly slipping, brake pads needed to be replaced almost immediately and not to mention after less than a months use, flat tire. I paid $169 for that bike.
  Second bike I paid $200 for, thinking the quality would be better I gave it a shot. Out of the box it didn’t have the capacity to go into every gear. Was listed as a 7 speed however, could only do 6. When I went to return this one, they had to get the manufacturer to look at it and repair it. Even though there is a 60-Day ‘Change of mind’ policy. Yes, I changed my mind. It was terrible and I wanted my money back. Out of the box it was not fully functional. Because it was in a box, they advised the fault was mine because I set it up wrong. All the gearing was pre configured by the manufacturer. The manual even indicated ‘You do not have to worry about this part (gearing) because the manufacturer has already done it for you’.
  
  Absolutely ridiculous.

  im going to start off by saying that this is maybe the worst experience ive ever had at a kmart ever.
  i was shopping during the christmas hours and i was shocked at the appearance of the store, the store could be comparable to a bomb site. i dont know if they hire people to clean the store or not but if they do then they either need to be retrained or fired all together. there are items that aren't in their place and its scavenger hunt just to locate the right item. and the placement of the cash-out has not been thought through at all, i cant cross the store without a swarm of other customers rushing to the registers. overall just a negative experience please fix.

  The only good thing about Australia. Kmart always has the thing I need to buy BUT sometimes the price on them are more expensive than online shopping in a real shop..

  I've always experienced this store to be fairly well stocked and pretty tidy. In general the staff a quite helpful if you can't find something. Every time I enter I always seem to spend money.

  a great store to visit never too busy in the checkouts , never understaffed , much improved layout and you always find your self buying alot more than you thought you would , could have a bigger home entertainment section.
