I initially struggled to find the right job as I had to change employment for some time during my rehabilitation period; Joellen helped me toward the goals of gaining further qualifications and looking at transferrable employment and adjusting to these significant changes after going through major surgery. Joellen is amazing, demonstrates empathy, considerable compassion, and is very consistent in what she says she will do! Her valuable insight helped me understand the difficulty I was having adapting to the new me and made me feel more empowered and confident to take on the unique challenges of becoming a better person and more efficient.

Even though I have a job now they are still there when I need them. They have helped me with doing courses that I have had to do for my work. I would highly recommend epic for anyone looking for a disability job assistant.
